Prepare an issue report
A useful report includes
- Your browser and selected marketplace.
- The input layout and output size, without customer details.
- Whether the crop was dynamic, manual or a saved preset.
- The error message or the point where the workflow stopped.
If a sample is needed later, redact customer addresses, phone numbers and order identifiers first. Do not post shipping PDFs in public comments.
