PDF processing on your device
Selected PDFs are read into browser memory for previewing, text extraction, crop detection, editing and export. The current PDF tools do not upload the PDF contents to a LabelCut.in document-processing server. Generated PDFs and ZIP files are downloaded to your device. Closing or resetting the page clears its working document state; downloaded files remain wherever your browser saves them.
Saved presets and preferences
Named crop presets, per-portal output preferences and privacy choices use this browser’s local storage. They are not account-synced. Clearing the site’s browser storage removes them. Start new job clears the current job while retaining saved preferences.
Cocoblu ZPL and Labelary
ZPL rendering requires an external conversion request. Only after you select conversion consent does the tool send ZPL label data to Labelary. That data can contain recipient and shipment information. Choose this service only when you are authorised to share the source data. Subsequent PDF cropping runs locally. Review Labelary’s website and service information before using conversion.
Website delivery
Your browser requests website files from the hosting provider. Infrastructure providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser headers and operational logs to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the local PDF-processing workflow. Browser downloads and third-party external links are also subject to your own settings and the destination’s practices.
Support reports
The Contact page currently generates a report text file locally. It does not send a message to LabelCut.in. If a verified support address is added, an email link can open your email application; you choose whether to send it. Do not include customer labels, addresses, phone numbers or identity documents in an initial report.
Analytics and advertising
No third-party analytics or advertising scripts are enabled in the current release. Privacy choices are available in the footer. Optional analytics, if configured later, are designed to load only after opt-in. PDF contents, file names, addresses, order IDs, SKU values and ZPL code must not be sent as analytics events.
If advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent flow will be updated before activation to identify the vendors and their data practices. Google advertising services can use cookies for ad personalisation; controls are available through Google My Ad Center. This statement does not mean Google ads are currently running on LabelCut.in.
Your choices
Use the footer’s Privacy choices control to change the stored optional-analytics preference. Clear local site data through your browser to remove saved presets and preferences. Keep downloaded documents secure using your own device and business retention practices.
